All rolls badly marked on the outer. No protective packaging inside the box.

Hi Simon,
We're very sorry to see you're unhappy with the labels you purchased from us. We do try and pack the rolls as tightly as possible so that damage is limited during transit, and we have tried to cut down on our plastic usage so we try not to wrap the rolls in bags.
Unfortunately with Direct Thermal material, even the slightest of impact will instantly show up as a black mark on the surface, this is due to the fact that the surface of the labels have a coating on them. These marks will however only affect the first 1 or 2 labels of the rolls and the remaining labels will be fine.
It's a real shame to see that you don't feel you can use our service again, had you contacted us to explain you had a problem with your order, we would of been more than happy to get the issue resolved and explain why the rolls do get marked.
