Cancellations/Returns
- If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service team within 5 days of the order date. If your goods have already been shipped prior to cancellation been agreed then it is your responsibility to return them unopened to cdmlabels.co.uk within 5 working days of agreed cancellation date.
- Cancellation of orders outside the 5 Day period will result in charges of 15% of the original cost plus delivery charges that have been incurred by cdmlabels.co.uk.
- If you are looking to return a product purchased please also contact our customer service team. All returns must be agreed by cdmlabels.co.uk before goods are received or claims will be rejected. Returns may be subject to charges of 15% of the original cost plus delivery charges that have been incurred by cdmlabels.co.uk.
- It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.
- Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and you will not be refunded.
- When ordering Pre-Printed labels to your design you are required to provide a signature of a specification document to say you agree with the design that is going to be produced. Providing the label once made agrees with this specification no refunds can be made, acceptance of the label proof sent by email and confirmed by you is your acceptance that we can proceed to manufacturing.
- Any refunds required can only be made by cdmlabels.co.uk once all goods have been returned.
- Return to base warranty for faulty goods, if items are deemed to be faulty we will in the first instance repair or replace the item free of charge and refund any carriage charges incurred as a result of returning the faulty goods to us.
Guarantee
- All items sold on cdmlabels.co.uk are covered for manufacturing defaults on a 1 year guarantee from day of purchase.
- This guarantee will be invalidated if a fault occurs with a product through repair via a source not connected with cdmlabels.co.uk or if damage is ‘accidentally’ caused.
- Any goods wanting repair under guarantee will be required to be sent to cdmlabels.co.uk at your own risk and cost.
- All repairs under guarantee will be completed and returned to the customer by cdmlabels.co.uk within 5 working days from the date the goods are received back. If a repair will require a longer period you will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
- All returns must be agreed by cdmlabels.co.uk before goods are received or claims will be rejected.
